We are pleased to announce that with REDUR GmbH & Co. KG we found an excellent buyer for TRAMAG Transformatorenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG as of 2 May 2024 and we are proud to be a new member of REDUR and the Phoenix Mecano family.
“We are very pleased to have found a strong and reliable partner for TRAMAG in REDUR,” says TRAMAG Managing Director Stefan Ammon. “This takeover represents a significant step for both companies and enables us to combine our strengths and expand our offering, particularly in the field of medical technology,” emphasise the Managing Directors of REDUR, Oliver Huppertz and Dr Lothar Schunk.
We are working on this at full speed and as a top priority, to make this takeover for our customers as smooth as possible and to ensure that current orders and projects are not affected.

Information visit to TRAMAG by the VDI District Association of Bavaria North-East
On the afternoon of St Nicholas’ Day, the TRAMAG plant in Fürth hosted an information event for members of the Association of German Engineers (VDI) from the Bavarian North-East District Association. Due to the regional proximity and also taking TRAMAG’s 100th anniversary as an occasion, we received a request from the Nuremberg VDI local group to visit our plant, which we were very happy to fulfil.
